Project Description:

The 50MW Gas Turbine Tri-generation Power Plant will not only be supplying electricity to the 2 current district office, but will also supply electricity and cooling system to the new district office which being built by 2019. The Tri-generation System which is based from LNG has its advantages of energy reduction, environment friendly, and cost reduction. Thus, it is widely used in new airport systems in multiple countries. As a part of Jakarta new airport project enforced by Angkasa (holding company of Jakarta Airport) Pura 2, it is in negotiation of supplying electricity and cooling systems. Consortium may be processed with PT.JUAP with financial institutions. Currently in process of project operator.

Proposal:

Of its total project cost of USD 50 million, we are looking for 70% of equity investment in order to obtain major shares of the consortium. Also, obtaining the rights to select EPC and O&M is probable.
