Project Description:

Currently 2 facilities of 12.5MW are in operation. Project type is IPP and has PPA with PLN and selling at 5.9Cents/Kwt since 2012. To further the project, we are trying to complete 100MW (50MW x 2) facilities by 2019 and in progress of building 2 single 100MW facilities by 2020.

Proposal:

The major shareholder (92.5% share) of the PT TLG (company currently operating this business) has plan to sell all of its shares and run for mayor of Jakarta, Indonesia..

- Share proportion of Major shareholder: 92.5%

- Family member (older brother) share proportion: 5%

- Share proportion of government owned company: 2.5%
